At Hull FC Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly indicating whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to the KCOM Stadium retail store using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your request within 7-10 working days, sending a confirmation email once complete.
